Revere is a LEED Silver mixed use building located at the south end of Historic Mississippi Avenue, the amenity-heavy housing development includes two resident living rooms, a gym, bouldering wall, sauna and grand roof deck to serve the 211 units. The masonry and metal panel exteriors echo the neighborhood’s low-rise industrial character, while wood interiors, custom screen printed artwork and wayfinding signage pays homage to the eclectic residential and entertainment district to the north.
